(4) Server log files
As a website operator, we automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you enter in the form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The processing of the data entered in the form is thus based exclusively on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions (e.g. retention periods) remain unaffected.

(6) Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information. The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members’ area) remain unaffected by this.

(7) Leadinfo
We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP-addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and to enhance its services. (8) YouTube
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

(9) YouTube Data API
The Video Content Management System (VCMS) Contentforce operated by TV1 GmbH uses the YouTube data interface (API) to process data from your YouTube account linked in Contentforce. This data processing only takes place if you are a customer of TV1 GmbH and your account is linked to YouTube in Contentforce.
A Contentforce application is linked to the user’s YouTube/Google account via Google OAuth Consent. The OAuth Access Token is stored in the Contentforce database.
Contentforce requests access to data from your YouTube account in connection with the following functions:

  • Videos (upload, edit, delete)
  • Edit video metadata
  • Upload or delete subtitles
  • Upload or delete thumbnails
  • Load categories (read-only)
  • Load playlists
  • Add or remove video to playlistLoad user profile (read-only)

Google or YouTube user data will not be passed on to third parties.

6. Your data subject rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details of our data protection officer given at the bottom of this page:

  • Information about your data stored by us and its processing
  • Correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Deletion of your data stored with us
  • Restriction of data processing if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations
